9. Parsnip Chowder:

You Will Need:

Chicken or vegetable broth
Parsnip (chopped)
Onions (chopped)
Potatoes (chopped)
Milk
Yogurt
Butter
Breadcrumbs
Nutmeg Powder
How To:

Sauté the onions in a pan and keep it aside.
Boil the potatoes and parsnip in the broth until tender.
