7. Besan Laddoo:

You Will Need:

2 cups Besan
½ cup ghee
¾ cup powdered sugar
3-4 green cardamoms, crushed
1 tablespoon of raisins
1 tablespoon of chopped cashews
Cashew halves to garnish
How To:

Heat ghee in a wok and add besan to it. Roast for 6 to 7 minutes on low flame or until the color changes.
Add sugar and mix for another 7 minutes. Make sure the mixture does not stick to the pan.
Add cardamom powder and dry fruits and stir well.
Leave the mixture aside to let it cool.
Make small sized balls of the mixture and serve either hot or cold.

8. Coconut Laddoo:

You Will Need:

1 ½ cups of desiccated coconut
½ cup of water
3-4 cardamoms, powdered
⅔ cup of sugar
How To:

In a saucepan, mix sugar and water and simmer on low flame.
When the consistency thickens, switch off the heat and add cardamom powder and desiccated coconut to the sugar solution.
Stir the mixture well and turn off the flame.
When the mixture comes at room temperature, make small balls of it.
