3. Crispy Potato Wedges
You Will Need:
2 potatoes, cut into equal wedges
Olive oil
1 tbsp herbes de Provence
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 pinch paprika to taste
How To Make:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet for roasting.
Put the potatoes, olive oil, herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl and toss them until the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil and the herb.
Arrange the wedges on their sides on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
Flip the wedges onto the other side and cook until they turn a rusty brown on both sides. Flip again to ensure they are uniformly cooked and roasted on both sides, or for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with a dip on the side.
4. Potato Side Dish For Steak
You Will Need:
2 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch thick chips
2 tsp cornmeal
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp paprika
How To Make:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Pour the vegetable oil into the baking tray and put it in the oven to heat, for around three minutes.
Mix the cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, and the potato wedges in a small bowl.
Toss them to ensure the wedges are coated evenly by the mixture.
Toss the coated wedges into the baking tray with oil and shake well.
Cook for 30 minutes, while shaking them halfway through.
Serve once ready.
