 3. Tacos
You can put anything you want to make the tacos delicious! What’s more, they are fork-free too! Here is the recipe for finger-licking cheeseburger tacos.

You will need:

4 six-inch tortillas
1 pound ground sirloin (lean)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 green lettuce leaves, small
1 big red tomato, sliced
1 large red onion, sliced and pulled to rings
12 slices of dill pickle
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make:

Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and make patties with each portion. You can make the patties round, or shape them like crescents to fill the taco.
Season the patties with salt and pepper. Place the patties on a heated skillet and cook them for three minutes or until they turn the desired color.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on each of these patties before you remove them from the skillet. The cheese should melt on them.
Keep the cheeseburgers aside.
Heat the tortillas in an oven for ten seconds.
To make the tacos, place the tortilla on a plate. On one side, put the cheeseburger patty on and top it with a lettuce leaf. Add a slice of tomato, a few onion rings, and two or three pickle slices.
Fold the tortilla in half and serve when ready!

4. Veggie Bites
Crispy and crunchy nibbles of vegetarian finger foods that your kids will love munching on at the party, little food bites are easy to make and taste good too.

You will need:

2 cups fresh vegetables diced – broccoli florets, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, cauliflower florets, zucchini slices
½ cup flour
1 egg
1/3 cup melted margarine
2 teaspoons water
Grated cheese (optional)
How to make:

Preheat the oven to 450oF.
Brush a rectangular microwave dish with the melted margarine. Cover all sides of the bowl from the inside.
Beat the egg and water in a shallow bowl. In another, mix the flour and salt.
Dip a few vegetables (one-fourth) in the egg mixture. Take them out one at a time and roll them in the flour mixture.
Put the flour-coated veggies in the dish. Repeat the same with the rest of the vegetables and place them all in the dish. Keep the dish uncovered.
Bake them for ten to 12 minutes, and stir them in between. Cook until the vegetables turn a light brown color.
Sprinkle the baked veggies with cheese and serve when ready.
