 3. Salami And Cheese Sandwich
This sandwich is easy to make. Once you have the ingredients, you need no more than ten minutes to make it.
You will need:

2 slices of bread
5 slices salami
1 cheese slice
Mayonnaise
Butter
Lettuce, 2 leaves
½ tomato, sliced
How to:

Butter one side of a bread slice and place it in a preheated pan.
Place the cheese slice on it and let it melt.
Take the slice off the pan and top it with the salami and tomato slices.
Alternate the tomato and salami, with the lettuce leaves in between.
Place the other bread slice on top, and your sandwich is ready.
Serve it at lunch or as a snack.

4. Apricot, Cheddar And Chicken Sandwich
This recipe has meat, fruit, vegetables and a lot of cheese and cream, something your little picky eater can definitely enjoy.
You will need:

½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
2 Bibb lettuce leaves
4 slices sourdough bread
1/3 cup dried apricots
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons coarsely chopped pistachios
2 slices tomato
2 slices sweet onion
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
How to:

Set aside the bread slices, tomato and onion slices, and lettuce leaves.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a dish.
Spread the mix on two slices of bread and top them with the tomato and onion slices.
Add the lettuce leaf and cover it with the remaining slices.
Press it in with your hand and cut it into diagonal halves.
Serve with crisps.
