5. Celebration punch
You will need:
1l ginger ale (chilled)
2 packs of frozen sweetened sliced strawberries (thawed)
4 cans of apricot nectar
3 cups cold water
1¾ cups orange juice
1½ cups water
1 cup lemon juice
¾ cup orange juice concentrate
¾ cup sugar
1 cup fresh strawberries (halved)
Fresh mint leaves
How to make:
In a bowl, combine the orange juice and water.
In a ring mold, pour half of the orange juice mixture, top it with the fresh strawberries and mint, and freeze it. Once frozen, pour in the remaining orange juice and freeze again.
Blend the thawed strawberries and pour the mixture into a large bowl. Ensure that this bowl is larger than the ring mold.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pureed strawberries.
Place the frozen orange juice ring in the bowl before serving. Spoon out the punch into glasses as required.
6. Ocean water
You will need:
2 cans of lemon-lime seltzer water
2 tbsp Torani coconut syrup
½ tbsp Torani blue raspberry syrup
Blue food coloring (optional)
Ice
How to make:
Into a pitcher, combine all the ingredients except the ice.
In a mason jar, add the crushed ice.
Drench the ice with the prepared juice. Decorate it with a mini-umbrella for a beach-like feel.
