 11. Raspberry sherbet party punch
You will need:

2l club soda (chilled)
6–8 scoops of raspberry sherbet ice cream
12oz frozen fruit punch (thawed)
1 cup pineapple juice
Frozen raspberries (optional)
Pineapple slices (optional)
How to make:

Scoop the ice cream onto a baking tray lined with plastic film. Freeze the scoops until ready to serve.
In a pitcher, combine the liquids.
Pour the juice into glasses and garnish them with the frozen scoops, pineapple slices, and raspberries before serving.

12. Citrus slush
You will need:

2½ cups sugar or sugar syrup or stevia drops
1 pack of lemon gelatin
1 pack of pineapple gelatin
4 cups boiling water
12oz frozen pineapple juice concentrate (thawed)
1 cup lemon juice
1 envelope of unsweetened lemonade Kool-Aid mix
10 cups cold water
2l ginger ale (chilled)
Lime slices (optional)
How to make:

In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar and gelatin packets in boiling water. Add the pineapple juice concentrate, cold water, and Kool-Aid mix.
Chill the bowl but mix the contents occasionally.
Before serving, slush the mixture and add equal scoops to all the glasses.
Pour ginger-ale over the slush and garnish with a lemon slice.
