 7. Rainbow spritzer
You will need:

½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup kiwifruit (chopped and peeled)
½ cup fresh pineapple (chopped)
½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries (sliced)
1 cup ginger ale (chilled)
½ cup unsweetened pineapple juice (chilled)
½ cup lemonade (chilled)
How to make:

In a pitcher, combine the liquids.
Layer the fruits in tall glasses and pour the juice over them.
Serve chilled.

8. Watermelon lemonade
You will need:

4 cups watermelon (seedless and cubed)
Mint leaves 10-12
3½ cups cold water
½ cup white sugar
½ cup fresh lemon juice
Soaked chia seeds ( optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
How to make:

Blend the watermelon and mint leaves until smooth, and strain the juice if needed.
Heat half a cup of water in a saucepan, add the sugar and heat it until the sugar dissolves.
In a jar, add the lemon juice to the remaining water and mix in the prepared sugar syrup.
To serve, fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the watermelon juice first, then 1 tsp of pre-soaked chia seeds, followed by the lemon juice. Stir gently and serve.
