 3. Tofu And Vegetable Soup:
You Will Need:

Vegetable broth
Chopped baby corn
Red bell peppers
Broccoli
baby spinach leaves
Peas
Fresh ginger paste – optional
Tofu
Minced scallions
Salt, black pepper or soy sauce – optional
Water
How To Make:

Heat a pot. Add the broth, baby corn, and ginger. Bring it all to a simmer.
Next add the bell peppers, peas, broccoli, tofu, and peas. You can also add water.
Add the scallions and spinach and stir.
Add soy sauce, salt or pepper and serve after five minutes.
Enjoy this low-calorie soup with warm and crusty bread/rolls, or cooked rice to make the meal more wholesome.

4. Tomato Soup:
You Will Need:

Chopped tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Basil
Vegetable broth
Salt and black pepper – optional
Butter
Flour
Balsamic vinegar – optional
Sugar
How To Make:

Add the tomatoes, onion, broth, and garlic in a pot and cook it on medium flame. Let it all boil. Reduce the heat and let the mix simmer. Add salt and pepper.
Put the mix in a blender and churn.
In a pan, heat the butter and add flour. Stir until it turns brown. Add the tomato mix. Add the sugar and balsamic vinegar and cook until the soup is thick. Garnish with basil.
