 11. Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes Recipe
You Will Need:

5lb potatoes, cut into medium-sized chunks
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pack (8 oz.) cream cheese
½ cup butter
Salt to taste
1 container sour cream (8 oz.)
How To Make:

Boil potato chunks in a large pot, along with garlic and chicken bouillon for about 15 minutes.
Drain them, reserving the water, and transfer potatoes into another bowl with cream cheese and sour cream.
Mash the potatoes with the cheese and the cream, while adding the reserved water as and when needed.
Transfer the mashed potato mixture into a slow cooker. Cover and cook for around two to three hours.
Before serving, stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper for taste.

12. Creamy Mashed Potatoes Recipe
You Will Need:

2lb potatoes, evenly cut into chunks
½ cup semi-skimmed milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp crème Fraiche
How To Make:

Bring water to boil in a saucepan. Add the potatoes and boil for 15 minutes or until the potatoes become tender, but firm.
Drain the water and set the saucepan with the potatoes on the stove on low flame.
Heat milk and butter and pour it over the potatoes in the pan.
Take the pan off the stove and transfer the mixture into a bowl, which can be used for whisking.
Mash the potato mixture with an electric masher or mixer.
Top it with crème Fraiche and whisk it again using a wooden spoon, until you get a creamy consistency.
Season with pepper and salt, and serve.
