When was the last time you had your blood pressure checked? High blood pressure is known as the silent killer because it does not have any symptoms. Approximately 1 in 3 adults with high blood pressure is not aware of it. The condition is frequently found during an annual exam.
4. Physical Exam –
When was the last time you checked your body from head to toe? Many individuals forget about the importance of self-exams — whether it be the breasts, testicles, skin, or mouth — and do not perform them the right way. Your PCP will look for any unusual moles, lumps, or other potential signs of disease.
